540.8 U.S.C. 1101 noteSubclauses 101(a)(27)(C)(ii)(II) and (III) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(27)(C)(ii)(II) and (III)) shall be applied by substituting September 30, 2017 for September 30, 2015.
