SEC. 110510. ELIMINATION OF OUTMODED LANGUAGE RELATING TO PAROLE. (a) Section 924(e)(1) of Title 18.—Section 924(e)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “, and such person shall not be eligible for parole with respect to the sentence imposed under this subsection”. (b) Section 924(c)(1) of Title 18.—Section 924(c)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “No person sentenced under this subsection shall be eligible for parole during the term of imprisonment imposed under this subsection.”.
