192.Section 5303(r)(2)(C) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—(1)by inserting and 25 square miles of land area after 145,000; and(2)by inserting and 12 square miles of land area after 65,000.This title may be cited as the Department of Transportation Appropriations Act, 2017.
