101.Of the unobligated balances made available by division I of Public Law 113-235 for European Reassurance Initiative Military Construction for Military Construction, Air Force, $12,300,000 are hereby rescinded: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(ii) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
