SEC. 3311. LOCAL AND REGIONAL FOOD AID PROCUREMENT PROJECTS. Section 3206(e)(1) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 1726c(e)(1)) is amended— (1) by inserting “to the Secretary” after “appropriated”; and (2) by striking “2014 through 2018” and inserting “2019 through 2023”.
