SEC. 2813. [16 U.S.C. 5801] REPEAL OF NATIONAL NATURAL RESOURCES FOUNDATION. Subtitle F of title III of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (16 U.S.C. 5801 et seq.) is repealed.
