AGRICULTURE INNOVATION CENTER DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM.

SEC. 7608. AGRICULTURE INNOVATION CENTER DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. Section 6402 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 1632b) is amended— (1) in subsection (d)(2)— (A) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “representatives of each of the following groups” and inserting “a diverse group of representatives of public and private entities, including the following:”; (B) in subparagraph (A), by striking “The 2” and inserting “Two”; (C) in subparagraph (B), by inserting “or a State legislator,” after “agency,”; and (D) by amending subparagraph (C) to read as follows: “(C) Four entities representing commodities produced in the State.” ; (2) in subsection (e)(1), by striking “subsection (i)” and inserting “subsection (g)”; and (3) by striking subsections (g), (h), and (i) and inserting the following new subsection: “(g) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023.” .
