AMENDMENTS TO PART V OF TITLE 18.

SEC. 330013. AMENDMENTS TO PART V OF TITLE 18. Part V of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting after the heading for that part the following: “CHAPTER 601—IMMUNITY OF WITNESSES” ; (2) in section 6001(1)— (A) by striking “Atomic Energy Commission” and inserting “Nuclear Regulatory Commission”; and (B) by striking “the Subversive Activities Control Board,” (3) by striking “part” the first place it appears and inserting “chapter”; and (4) by striking “part” each other place it appears and inserting “title”.
