SEC. 330021. CONFORMING SPELLING OF VARIANTS OF “KIDNAP”. Title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking “kidnaping” each place it appears and inserting “kidnapping”; and (2) by striking “kidnaped” each place it appears and inserting “kidnapped”.
