SEC. 202. ENCOURAGING COUNTRIES TO MAINTAIN AND SHARE DATA ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING EFFORTS. Section 108(b) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. 7106(b)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— (A) by striking “the capacity” and inserting “a demonstrably increasing capacity”; and (B) by striking the last sentence; and (2) in paragraph (7)— (A) by striking “consistent with its resources” and inserting “, consistent with a demonstrably increasing capacity of such government to obtain such data,”; and (B) by striking the last sentence.
