SEC. 103. MODIFICATION TO GRANTS FOR VICTIMS SERVICES. Section 107(b)(2)(A) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. 7105(b)(2)(A)) is amended by striking “programs for” and all that follows and inserting the following: “programs for victims of human trafficking, including programs that provide trauma-informed care or housing options to such victims who are— “(i)(I) between 12 and 24 years of age; and “(II) homeless, in foster care, or involved in the criminal justice system; “(ii) transitioning out of the foster care system; or “(iii) women or girls in underserved populations.” .
