SEC. 104. BAFFLE-FORMER BOLT GUIDANCE. (a) Revisions to Guidance.—Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Commission shall publish any necessary revisions to the guidance on the baseline examination schedule and subsequent examination frequency for baffle-former bolts in pressurized water reactors with down-flow configurations. (b) Report.—Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Commission shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees— (1) a report explaining any revisions made to the guidance described in subsection (a); or (2) if no revisions were made, a report explaining why the guidance, as in effect on the date of submission of the report, is sufficient.
