SEC. 201. MODIFICATION TO ANNUAL DETERMINATION OF STAFFING SHORTAGES IN VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION. Section 7412(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking “the five occupations” and inserting “at a minimum, the five clinical occupations and the five nonclinical occupations”; and (2) by striking “throughout the Department” and inserting “with respect to each medical center of the Department,”.
