SEC. 310. INCLUSION OF RISK-BASED SURVEYS IN STATE APPROVING AGENCY OVERSIGHT ACTIVITIES. Section 3673(d) is amended— (1) in the subsection heading, by striking “Compliance and” ; (2) by striking “such compliance and oversight” and inserting “conducting risk-based surveys and other such oversight”; and (3) by inserting “, in consultation with the State approving agencies,” after “as the Secretary”.
