SEC. 305. SUNSET DATES.
(c) Previous Sunset Provision.—
(1) [21 U.S.C. 379j-41 note] In general.—Effective October 1, 2017, section 304 of the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act (Public Law 112-144) is repealed.
(2) Conforming amendment.—The Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act (Public Law 112-144) is amended in the table of contents in section 2 by striking the item relating to section 304.
