REAUTHORIZATION; REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

SEC. 404. REAUTHORIZATION; REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Section 744I of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 379j-53) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) by striking “2013” and inserting “2018”; and (B) by striking “Biosimilar User Fee Act of 2012” and inserting “Biosimilar User Fee Amendments of 2017”; (2) in subsection (b), by striking “2013” and inserting “2018”; (3) by striking subsection (d); (4) by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (d); and (5) in subsection (d), as so redesignated, by striking “2017” each place it appears and inserting “2022”.
