SEC. 104. SUNSET DATES. (c) [21 U.S.C. 379g note] Previous Sunset Provision.—Effective October 1, 2017, subsections (a) and (b) of section 105 of the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act (Public Law 112-144) are repealed.
