SEC. 103. FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS. Section 106(k) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— (A) in subparagraph (D) by striking “and” at the end; (B) in subparagraph (E) by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and (C) by inserting after subparagraph (E) the following: “(F) $4,999,191,956 for the period beginning on October 1, 2017, and ending on March 31, 2018.” ; and (2) in paragraph (3) by inserting “and for the period beginning on October 1, 2017, and ending on March 31, 2018” after “fiscal years 2012 through 2017”.
