SEC. 106. RESEARCH, ENGINEERING, AND DEVELOPMENT.
Section 48102(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in paragraph (8) by striking “and” at the end;
(2) in paragraph (9) by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and
(3) by adding at the end the following:
“(10) $88,008,219 for the period beginning on October 1, 2017 and ending on March 31, 2018.”
