SEC. 200205. [34 U.S.C. 12574] SCHOLARSHIPS. (a) Period of Award.—Scholarships awarded under this subtitle shall be for a period of 1 academic year. (b) Use of Scholarships.—Each individual awarded a scholarship under this subtitle may use the scholarship for educational expenses at an institution of higher education.
