SEC. 866. [10 U.S.C. 2302 note] MIDDLE TIER OF ACQUISITION FOR RAPID PROTOTYPE AND RAPID FIELDING. Section 804(c)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended— (1) by striking subparagraph (C); and (2) by redesignating subparagraphs (D) and (E) as subparagraphs (C) and (D), respectively.
