ADDITIONAL AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2000, 2005, 2006, AND 2007 PROJECTS.

SEC. 2109. ADDITIONAL AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2000, 2005, 2006, AND 2007 PROJECTS. (a) Project Authorization.—In connection with the authorizations contained in the tables in section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (division B of Public Law 106-65; 113 Stat. 825), section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (division B of Public Law 108-375; 118 Stat. 2101), section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (division B of Public Law 109-163; 119 Stat. 3485), and section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (division B of Public Law 109-364; 120 Stat. 2445) for Fort Irwin, California, for Land Acquisition - National Training Center, Phases 1 through 4, the Secretary of the Army may carry out military construction projects to complete the land acquisitions within the initial scope of the projects. (b) Congressional Notification.—The Secretary of the Army shall provide information in accordance with section 2851(c) of title 10, United States Code, regarding the projects described in subsection (a).
