SEC. 2877. JOINT USE OF DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, MARIETTA, GEORGIA, WITH CIVIL AVIATION. (a) In General.—The Secretary of the Air Force may enter into an agreement that would provide or permit the joint use of Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Marietta, Georgia, by the Air Force and civil aircraft. (b) Conforming Repeal.—Section 312 of the National Defense Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1989 (Public Law 100-456; 102 Stat. 1950) is hereby repealed.
