SEC. 6009. INCREASE IN MEDICAID ALLOTMENTS FOR TERRITORIES. Section 1108(g) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1308(g)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (2)— (A) in subparagraph (B)— (i) in clause (i), by striking “and” at the end; (ii) in clause (ii), by striking “for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2021, $126,000,000;” and inserting “for fiscal year 2020, $128,712,500; and”; and (iii) by adding at the end the following new clause: “(iii) for fiscal year 2021, $127,937,500;” ; (B) in subparagraph (C)— (i) in clause (i), by striking “and” at the end; (ii) in clause (ii), by striking “for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2021, $127,000,000;” and inserting “for fiscal year 2020, $130,875,000; and”; and (iii) by adding at the end the following new clause: “(iii) for fiscal year 2021, $129,712,500;” ; (C) in subparagraph (D)— (i) in clause (i), by striking “and” at the end; (ii) in clause (ii), by striking “for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2021, $60,000,000; and” and inserting “for fiscal year 2020, $63,100,000; and”; and (iii) by adding at the end the following new clause: “(iii) for fiscal year 2021, $62,325,000; and” ; and (D) in subparagraph (E)— (i) in clause (i), by striking “and” at the end; (ii) in clause (ii), by striking “for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2021, $84,000,000.” and inserting “for fiscal year 2020, $86,325,000; and”; and (iii) by adding at the end the following new clause: “(iii) for fiscal year 2021, $85,550,000.” ; and (2) in paragraph (6)(A)— (A) in clause (i), by striking “$2,623,188,000” and inserting “$2,716,188,000”; and (B) in clause (ii), by striking “$2,719,072,000” and inserting “$2,809,063,000”.
