SEC. 21001. The authorities and limitations of section 402 of the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act (division A of Public Law 116-123) shall apply to funds appropriated by this title as follows: (1) Subsections (a), (d), (e), and (f) shall apply to funds under the heading “Diplomatic Programs”; and (2) Subsections (c), (d), (e), and (f) shall apply to funds under the heading “International Disaster Assistance”.
