ARCHITECT OF THE CAPITOL Capital Construction and Operations For an additional amount for “Capital Construction and Operations”, $25,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2021, to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus, domestically or internationally, including to purchase and distribute cleaning and sanitation products throughout all facilities and grounds under the care of the Architect of the Capitol, wherever located, and any related services and operational costs: Provided, That the Architect of the Capitol shall provide a report within 30 days enactment of this Act, and every 30 days thereafter, to the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and House of Representatives, the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration, and the Committee on House Administration on expenditure of funds from amounts appropriated under this heading in this Act: Provided further, That this amount shall be in addition to any other funds available for such purposes in appropriations Acts for the legislative branch: Provided further, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
