Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration motor carrier safety operations and programs Of prior year unobligated contract authority and liquidating cash provided for Motor Carrier Safety in the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (Public Law 105-178), SAFETEA-LU (Public Law 109-59), or other appropriations or authorization acts, in addition to amounts already appropriated in fiscal year 2020 for “Motor Carrier Safety Operations and Programs”, $150,000 in additional obligation limitation is provided and repurposed for obligations incurred to support activities to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus.
