Amounts made available by section 101 to the Department of Homeland Security under the heading “Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency” may be obligated in the account and budget structure set forth in H.R. 7669 and the accompanying House Report 116-458, as reported by the House Committee on Appropriations on July 15, 2020.
