SEC. 308. UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER PROTECTION. Section 2010(e) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 (128 Stat. 1270; 132 Stat. 3812) is amended by striking “the Act of October 15, 1940 (33 U.S.C. 701h-1)” and inserting “section 5 of the Act of June 22, 1936 (33 U.S.C. 701h)”.
