SEC. 163. SENSE OF CONGRESS ON REMOVAL OF UNAUTHORIZED, MANMADE, FLAMMABLE MATERIALS ON CORPS PROPERTY. It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary should, using existing authorities, prioritize the removal, from facilities and lands of the Corps of Engineers in regions that are urban and arid, of materials that are manmade, flammable, unauthorized to be present, and determined by the Secretary to pose a fire risk that is a threat to public safety.
