ESTABLISHMENT.
SEC. 901. [50 U.S.C. 3001 nt] ESTABLISHMENT.
There is established a commission to be known as the Commission on the Roles and Capabilities of the United States Intelligence Community (hereafter in this title referred to as the “Commission”).
