SEC. 117. OIL SPILL LIABILITY TRUST FUND RATE.
(a) In General.—Section 4611(f)(2) is amended by striking “December 31, 2020” and inserting “December 31, 2025”.
(b) [26 U.S.C. 4611 note] Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall apply on and after January 1, 2021.
