SEC. 1004. EMERGENCY RELIEF AND TAXPAYER PROTECTIONS. Section 4003(e) of the CARES Act (15 U.S.C. 9042(e)) is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “Amounts” and inserting “Notwithstanding any other provision of law, amounts”.
