208.None of the funds made available by this Act may be used for pre-construction or construction activities for any project recommended after enactment of the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2020 and prior to enactment of this Act by the Secretary of the Interior and transmitted to the appropriate committees of Congress pursuant to section 4007, section 4009(a), or section 4009(c) of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (Public Law 114-322) if such project is not named in this Act.
