118.The amounts provided by the first proviso following paragraph (6) under the heading Department of Labor—Employment and Training Administration—State Unemployment Insurance and Employment Service Operations in title I of this Act are designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
