102.rescission.Of the unobligated balances made available under the heading Senate—Contingent Expenses of the Senate—Settlements and Awards Reserve in the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1996 (Public Law 104-53), $1,000,000 are hereby permanently rescinded.
