105.STUDENT LOAN CAP ADJUSTMENT.(a)Section 102 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2002 (2 U.S.C. 4579) is amended—(1)in subsection (c)(2)(A)—(A)in clause (i), by striking $500 and inserting $833; and(B)in clause (ii), by striking $40,000 and inserting $80,000; and(2)in subsection (h)(1), by striking 2 percent each place it appears and inserting 2.5 percent.(b)2 U.S.C. 4579 noteThe amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect on March 1, 2021.
