SEC. 203. CLARIFICATION OF CERTAIN GROUNDS FOR EXCLUSION AND DEPORTATION. (a) Exclusion Grounds.—[Omitted; amended §§212(a)(2)(A)(i) and 212(h) of the INA to add attempts or conspiracies to commit crimes.] (b) Deportation Grounds.—[Omitted; amended §241(a)(2)(C) and 241(a)(3)(B) of the INA to add attempts or conspiracies.] (c) Effective Date.—The amendments made by this section shall apply to convictions occurring before, on, or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
