SEC. 109. OVERSIGHT INTEGRITY BRIEFING. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this title, the Administrator shall brief the congressional committees of jurisdiction on specific measures the Administrator has taken to reinforce that each employee of the Administration responsible for overseeing an organization designation authorization with respect to the certification of aircraft perform such responsibility in accordance with safety management principles and in the public interest of aviation safety.
