SEC. 220. WAIVER OF FOREIGN COUNTRY RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT WITH RESPECT TO INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL GRADUATES. (a) Waiver.—[Omitted; amended §212(e) of the INA.] (b) Restrictions on Waiver.—[Omitted; added a subsection (k) at the end of §214 of the INA.] (c) Effective Date.—The amendments made by this section shall apply to aliens admitted to the United States under section 101(a)(15)(J) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, or acquiring such status after admission to the United States, before, on, or after the date of enactment of this Act and before September 30, 2015.
