SEC. 343. ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS FOR INCLUSION IN NAVY SHIP DEPOT MAINTENANCE BUDGET REPORT. Section 363(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: “(6) The execution of the planned schedule, categorized by class of ship, for each of the three preceding fiscal years, including— “(A) the actual contract award compared to the milestone; “(B) the planned completion date compared to the actual completion date; and “(C) each regional maintenance center’s availability schedule performance for on-time availability completion. “(7) In accordance with the findings of the Government Accountability Office (GAO 20-370)— “(A) in 2021, an analysis plan for the evaluation of pilot program availabilities funded by the Other Procurement, Navy account; and “(B) in 2022, a report on the Navy’s progress implementing such analysis plan.” .
