SEC. 818. REPEAL OF PROGRAM FOR QUALIFIED APPRENTICES FOR MILITARY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS. (a) In General.—Section 2870 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendments.— (1) [10 U.S.C. 2851] Clerical amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of subchapter III of chapter 169 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 2870. (2) [10 U.S.C. 2870 note] Repeal.—Section 865 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92; 133 Stat. 1523) is repealed.
