SEC. 884. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT OFFICERS AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT POLICY COUNCIL. Section 1126 of title 31, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1), by inserting after “senior executive of the agency” the following: “, who has significant program and project management oversight responsibilities,”; and (2) in subsection (b)(4) by striking “twice” and inserting “four times”.
