SEC. 1884. [10 U.S.C. 3001 note] SAVINGS PROVISIONS. (a) Regulations, Orders, and Other Administrative Actions.—A regulation, order, or other administrative action in effect under a provision of title 10, United States Code, redesignated by this title continues in effect under the provision as so redesignated. (b) Actions Taken and Offenses Committed.—An action taken or an offense committed under a provision of title 10, United States Code, redesignated by this title is deemed to have been taken or committed under the provision as so redesignated.
