SEC. 1022. LIMITATIONS ON USE OF FUNDS IN NATIONAL DEFENSE SEALIFT FUND FOR PURCHASE OF FOREIGN CONSTRUCTED VESSELS. Section 2218(f)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (C), by striking “seven” and inserting “nine”; (2) in subparagraph (E)— (A) in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking “two” and inserting “four”; and (B) in clause (ii), by striking “2026” and inserting “2028”; and (3) in subparagraph (G), by striking “subparagraph (E)” and inserting “subparagraph (F)”.
