SEC. 3101. NATIONAL NUCLEAR SECURITY ADMINISTRATION. (a) Authorization of Appropriations.—Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 2021 for the activities of the National Nuclear Security Administration in carrying out programs as specified in the funding table in section 4701. (b) Authorization of New Plant Projects.—From funds referred to in subsection (a) that are available for carrying out plant projects, the Secretary of Energy may carry out new plant projects for the National Nuclear Security Administration as follows: Project 21-D-510, HE Synthesis, Formulation, and Production, Pantex Plant, Amarillo, Texas, $31,000,000. Project 21-D-511, Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility, Savannah River Site, Aiken, South Carolina, $241,900,000. Project 21-D-512, Plutonium Pit Production Project, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico, $226,000,000.134 STAT. 4375 Project 21-D-530, KL Steam and Condensate Upgrades, Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Schenectady, New York, $4,000,000.
