SEC. 8214. MAJOR ACQUISITIONS; OPERATION AND SUSTAINMENT COSTS. Section 5103(e)(3) of title 14, United States Code, is amended— (1) by redesignating subparagraphs (B) and (C) as subparagraphs (C) and (D), respectively; and (2) by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following: “(B) operate and sustain the cutters and aircraft described in paragraph (2);” .
