SEC. 1025. ELIMINATION OF PERIOD OF ELIGIBILITY FOR TRAINING AND REHABILITATION FOR CERTAIN VETERANS WITH SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITIES. (a) In General.—Section 3103 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking “or (e)” and inserting “(e), or (g)”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(g) Subsection (a) shall not apply to a veteran who was discharged or released from active military, naval, or air service on or after January 1, 2013.” . (b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 6(c) of the Student Veteran Coronavirus Response Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 633; Public Law 116-140) is amended by striking paragraph (1).
