Adjustments for Certain Rates of Pay for the Uniformed Services.—

SEC. 147. Adjustments for Certain Rates of Pay for the Uniformed Services.— Amounts made available in applicable accounts by section 101— (1) for monthly basic pay for members of the uniformed services under section 203(a) of title 37, United States Code, may be apportioned up to the rate for operations necessary to provide monthly pay consistent with section 4 of Executive Order 13866 of March 28, 2019; and (2) for monthly cadet or midshipmen pay for cadets or midshipmen under section 203(c) of title 37, United States Code, may be apportioned up to the rate for operations necessary to provide monthly pay consistent with section 4 of Executive Order 13866 of March 28, 2019.
