Sec. 306. The reporting requirements in paragraphs (1) and (2) under the heading “Federal Emergency Management Agency—Disaster Relief Fund” in the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2015 (Public Law 114-4) shall be applied in fiscal year 2019 with respect to budget year 2020 and current fiscal year 2019, respectively— (1) in paragraph (1) by substituting “fiscal year 2020” for “fiscal year 2016”; and (2) in paragraph (2) by inserting “business” after “fifth”.
